Randy Orton was the legendkiller,he is now a viper who will do watever it takes to win including punting people and setting them on fire with some pyrotechnics even, that's his character. If people think or perceive he's dull and boring ,well those people don't understand business .If Orton started cutting promos like The Rock or started doing DX chops,he won't remain the dangerous viper that punts people and takes them out.People can't expect Orton to dance around in the ring.

I understand what you are saying but I am not saying that he is dull & boring. I have read blogs with people stating that he is dull & boring. I agree with your opinion though.

Orton is good at best on the mic. His look is great, but he's average on the mic, which he's always been. His character is a little boring, and not because "it's supposed to be." He's not super hated by the crowd. People overrate him. Still he's a top heel and worthy of his spot. Edge is better though.

there's not much more that I can say about Orton that my blog didn't, except that his performance in the Iron man match was fu##ing incredible.... INCREDIBLE!
so here's an extract from my peice, just for you STFU....
Randy Orton:
There's an old saying "you are what
you eat" and Orton has been fed some sh## material with his fueds with
Batista, Cena and some pathetic half written fued with Kane over Kelly
Kelly. Randy Orton should, by all accounts
be struggling due to how poorly his character is often booked.
He gets alot of stick by some fans, who I'm sure will comment, about
how dull and boring he is and he never has standout matches. The
booking is
something more or less entirely out of his hand!
You can call the booking around him dull, uninspiring and boring. You
can level criticisms at the character he has been told to portray. But
you can not blame him for a damn thing as Orton not only shines, he blinds. If anything, claims of
him being the things his character demand of him shows just how good he
is; he has you all nailing him to a stake because you believe he is
something he isn’t. Is that not in itself a testament to his skill?
As
performers, all wrestlers should evoke a response from you. Orton is
evoking a response. As performers, all wrestlers should act according
to how their character demands and acts according to how The Viper
demands he acts. People may find
The Viper boring, but that does not mean Orton has failed to master his
craft. On the contrary. The fact you think Orton is the one who
is boring proves quite the opposite. I guess what I am attempting to
say under no clear terms here I realise is that The Viper character is
simply not a very exciting character; however, as, in the past, we know
Orton can be damn entertaining and now appears to be boring, is a
result of his mastery. That is to say he's so good at being this
essentially boring character, if I must go that far, that everyone
thinks ORTON is boring. Such is his skill.

Randy Orton has really come into his own as a top heel in the WWE. If you look at what he is now as compared to what he was 5 years ago, it's a huge difference. After he left evolution and went face the crowd was never really behind him and he never seemed comfortable with acting like a face. Even after he went heel again he struggled with an identity. Finally he settled into the legend killer and now that has morphed into the viper. He fits that role charactar perfectly. Even though he may seem to come across boring and quiet sometime, you never now what he's thinking or when he can turn on you. He fits the role perfectly.

One thing i did forget to mention is the way he reminds me of Brian Pillman, in the way that when Pillman became "the loose cannon" nobody knew if he was Brian Pillman or The Loose Cannon? He became so fu##ing good at being that character, that nobody knew if it was a work or if he really was that crazy...... Orton has become so fu##ing good at playing the Viper, that people think that's who Randel Keith Orton really is!
Like I said before... that reaction is a testiment to his mastery.
