Dude, welcome to Linda McMahon's sports entertainment show..this is nowhere near professional wrestling..I was watching the PPV at the local bar( mainly to drink) that used to be jammed packed for PPV's...they turned it off after constant booing to watch the Yankees postgame show and Sportscenter...wow that would have never happened even 5 years ago. Anyhow the bar owner said it won't be ordering WWE PPV's anymore cause he's actually losing money buying now. I said wrestling as we know it is dead and is instead a freaking game show now. People on this site said that I'm not a true fan cause I won't watch during the bad times ...but this? THIS ISN'T PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING AND I'M A PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING FAN!
So no blood in Hell in the Cell, or any other extreme match so it doesn't make Linda look bad...ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
Two words....Jesse Ventura. Last time I checked he made Governor of Minnesota..and nobody try to hide his blood matches..........
As a New York democrat Connecticut has nothing to do with me but I do know this...there is no place for fake conservatives( or any conservatives for that matter) in the northeast. This is where the WWE was born..who are you trying to fool Vince?
So sit back and continue to have your intelligence screwed with cause you want to be "loyal". you'll be sitting right next to boxing , hip-hop,and mainstream rock....dead genres.
WWE won't get another dime from me and many TRUE fans like me until this sham stops.
Excuse me time to play World of Warcraft now...........

Braggins Rights was a good ppv.
Morrison and Miz made sense because of the theme of the PPV. IC champ for SD! vs US champ for RAW. Makes sense to me.
The Divas match again, part of the theme of the PPV so it made sense, and it wasn't a bad match.
The fatal 4 way was a good match. Yes, Undertaker won. I don't think it is that bad because well, Orton and Cena have traded the WWE title like 4 times between them the past couple of months. The World Title has went from Edge to Cena to Edge to Hardy to Punk to Hardy to Punk to Taker since Mania. I think that is right. No need to take the title off of Taker yet unless he is injured.
I don't think Punk was treated as a 4th man. He did his part well in that match by trying to steal a win 4 or 5 times. Punk doesn't need the title right now because well, unless he is gonna headline Mania, he is just gonna lose it again by Rumble.
Plus, the story of that match was the heel turn by Batista which was done great. Should make for some interesting TV.
The 7 on 7 was good to imo. I love that Jericho got the pin. It'll give him more "Bragging Rights" as to why he is better than us tapeworms every week.
The Ironman match was good. Not really sure what there is to complain about. Yes, they stopped Cena bleeding, but his head was busted open so I can understand that.
Overall, a very good PPV and I enjoyed watching it from the matches to the backstage segments.

To recap:
rkan05 watched the PPV and liked it.
OP, in a totally unpredictable move, thought a PPV where Randy Orton lost sucked. I am shocked.
Kateria continues to have extensive opinions on a product he claims to have not been interested in for years now, but just happened by total coincidence to be in an establishment where said PPV was being shown.
About standard for this site these days.

1st off, expect Raw to be a trainwreck tonight as they have nothing written according to reports.... they spent so long umming and aring over what to do with the PPV that they forgot about the show that kept the company affloat!
OK.... Normally Rated and I have pretty similar views, but I have to totally disagree with you on BR as I found it a very good PPV! It gave us some great moments, including a few special treats for the fans.
Big Show revealed his true colour isn't read and set up a nice fued with DX ready for Survivor Series time... should be good!
Miz actually got a clean win for a change in a match where everyones money was on Morrison. Mi has been sh## on for a whole despite him being awesome, with having to cheat and steal the US strap and being squashed to sh## by Superman... so it was enjoyable to see him having a reason to be awesome... not just a catchphrase!
Batista turning heel was a pleasure.... nobody can honestly tell me that it was obvious! He's been playing this boring face who never loses clean for so long that it seemed that the turn wouldn't ever happen. Thank god it did, and it was done well!
Was there a womens match? maybe I blinked?
Finally the best match of the year after the Shawn/Taker masterclass! Cena and Orton put on one hell of a match. Cena delivered and sold well... Orton was in a league of his own!
He put one a blueprint performance that seperated him even further apart from other performers. He's been badly booked for a while, burried even on some occasions yet has truely risen to an extraordinary level... he was a joy to watch last night in what was a match that gave us everything. Blood, OMG bumps, pyro and an RKO or two! The match told the story very well alike the Breaking Point match and was let down by a por ending.... alike Breaking Point! Thats the only negative thing I can say about the match... no sorry the Paramedics were annoying, they should've let him bleed!
As for what happens next? ABSOLUTELY NO FU##ING CLUE WHATSOEVER!!!
Cena had to lose last night, there is nothing for him on Raw anymore.... fueding with HHH will make many switch off from Raw, me included... plus DX will face JeriShow at SS so those four guys are out of the equation... only outside guess would be that Edge is ready?

Goddam it I wrote out a longer response than this earlier, but the site ate it and I didn’t save it in notepad..oh well, I’ll try a shorter version.
I agree that it made more sense for Cena to lose and go to SD, what do they do with him now…Dibiase or Rhodes? Ugh. But let’s look at it the other way as well, what happens if Orton wins last night…the only face that makes sense for him is HBK and he’s busy with DX now. There should be a moratorium against any combo of HHH/Orton/Cena in the same ring until 2011, at the earliest. The RAW title picture was a mess no matter who won the match last night, which is all the more reason to put the belt on Jericho at the earliest possible instance.

One huge problem we have is having 4 main eventers working the tag team scene right now!
It will be a shame when Mania season comes along and all four have gone from tag team wrestling, and the belts are on CT or the Harts but we all know that the creative stuff doesn't happen until Mania... so expect even more sh## until Rumble time!
I'm curious now as to Legacy's break-up! Ted & Cody aided Orton last night where they could've done so much more with it. Cody seems set for a feud with Kofi From Ghana which leaves Ted free to split from Orton... but not over the title? come on!!! a young face turning on his mentor trying to take the belt off him is huge ratings waiting to happen!
I was against Legacy breaking, and still feel there is alot more to give but it makes for good tv now... and it could very well work that only Ted splits with Randy and Cody recruiting another member to continue the group!

Kateria I was feeling everything you said until you said this....
"Two
words....Jesse Ventura. Last time I checked he made Governor of
Minnesota..and nobody try to hide his blood matches.........."
Jesse Ventura is not married to Vince McMahon so his running for governor of Minnesota is completely irrelevant to how Vince ran the company during that time or now.
That is his wife. Why is it hard to understand that Vince wants to do everything he can do for his wife. I would so if that means no blood on the superstars, then the superstars aren't gonna bleed. It's easy to knock him, but for cryin out loud put yourself in his shoes for just a little while.

Been drinking at that bar for years, pal..just because Vince 's product is pissing me off doesn't mean I won't go there. Plus you can't really comment on a product from afar unless you watch to see if there is any improvements(which there isn't despite what some of you guys are saying).
As for the Ventura comment I made the point because Vince or Linda can't hide what they are. I'd respect them more if they didn't try to hide it for the sake of votes. Voters are gonna see right thru it and in the meantime longtime fans have to suffer thru garbage WWE while new fans have no idea what good professional wrestling is.
Yeah I'm bitter and have every right to be bitter. Fix the overall product...then i'll worry about stuff like Cena or Taker winning. Am I the only angry and disappointed guy around here?...I'm not a Lemming..I know the WWE can do better....and I will voice my displease until it does.

Now I know I might sound like I switched sides but I never said the matches were Bad. I said they had absolutely no point to them. The I.C. v.s. U.S. Champions Match was the match of the night for me because again it was two young guys having a great match. But it was a thrown together match with no build up (minus the Dirt Sheet on SD! two weeks ago). I liked the Divas Match and I liked that Beth got the victory because she is the best womens wrestler in the company and deserved to win that match. But again it was thrown together last minute as a filler and it had ABSOLUTELY no build up. The 7 on 7 Match was good and I was happy to see some young guys like The Hart Dynasty get in there and even someone like R-Truth getting the opportunity to appear on a PPV. The Fatal Four-Way Match was good and served its purpose my only problem is that you took a guy fresh off his most recent injury and a guy a month off of his 30-Day suspension threw them into a World Title Match they had no business being in and made CM Punk who has been so hot for months now out to be the fourth wheel in the match. His expressions and actions were great but after this match the story wasn't the World Title, it wasn't Undertaker winning, it wasn't anything to do with what was on the line. It was all about Batista turning on Rey Mysterio because he was tired of being screwed by Rey (it only happened once). I'm not complaining about the turn but you could've made a World Title Match on SD! this week between Undertaker & Batista and had Rey come out to help but end up costing Batista the match and than the following week have Batista v.s. CM Punk in a #1 Contender Match and Rey accidentally costs Batista the match again and than Batista could've done the exact same thing he did last night to Rey and I wouldn't have had a problem with it. Now the Iron Man Match I understand how you guys can say it was a good match but it wasn't what it could have been. It could and should have been a regular old 60-Minute Iron Man Match with DQ's & Count Outs and no 30 second rest periods. We should've seen an EPIC WRESTLING match between two of the top stars in the business in what was advertised as their last match ever and I could have cared less who won. It should've gone the full 60 minutes to a tie and than a tie breaker afterwards with Cena locking Orton in the STF and Orton could've tapped out. I have no problem with Randy losing from time to time but he loses all the time and he always loses the same way where he dominates the match and than loses. It made no sense to trade the Title back and forth so much. What we got was a Falls Count Anywhere Match with a 60-Minute Time Limit. It wasn't the epic Iron Man Match like Shawn & Bret had in 96. Now you could argue that Cena isn't even close to being the wrestler either one of them were but he could've put on an epic wrestling match with Orton (HBK & Cena from 2007). I just feel like I got all excited for what could have been the greatest match in a long long time oly to get something completely different from what I was looking forward to. I know that some of you probably would've prefered what we got but I didn't and thats just my opinion. Again not a bad match just not at all what I expected or wanted to see. Yes I get that it was RAW v.s. SmackDown! and I understand why the matches took place but they were just thrown together to fill up the show.
My point basically is I didn't think the matches were bad I thought the build up to them was bad and that the Bragging Rights gimmick in general was just plain bad. If we wanted to do SmackDown! v.s. RAW fine have it at Survivor Series in an Elimination Match. Cyber Sunday made a hell of a lot more sense to me. Fans getting to vote on what they wanted to see rather than 5 poorly built up matches.
I guess I went on long enough.

you can't have EPIC WRESTLING in a match envolving John Cena, which is why they booked the match as no DQ.... hence the pyro spots and run-ins!
Logic really!

Agreed hes not the greatest mat technician. Lol hes not a technician at all. But his match in 2007 with Shawn Michaels on RAW after Mania 23 where it went almost an hour was Great... and thats all I asked from this match. I'd rather see a regular old wrestling match than a hardcore match any day of the week and I'm just saying I was disapointed with the way that match went down.
By the way Cena has shown that he has some clue how to WRESTLE if you watch some of his older matches. But if he would've just played the brawler that was out of his element in this hour long match with Randy Orton who is a great wrestler and Cena was the under dog with Orton grounding him most of the match (which he did anyway pretty much) and Orton were to go up 2 falls within the first 20 minutes and than Cena would be fighting back the rest of the match and say you had it tied at 3 a piece by the end of the 60 minutes with Cena locking Orton in the STF in the last 50 seconds and Orton hung on. Than have Vince come out and make sudden death and Orton would be flipping out and walk into another STF and Cena would make Orton tap out. Than they could talk up about how they had one of the greatest wrestling matches in history and that both men showed a lot of heart and Cena was the better man. That is a way to "END" what is supposed to be a epic feud. Not having a 55 minute long falls count anywhere match thats just dumb. In a wrestling match you actually had to BEAT the guy where as in a hardcore match you could use weapons and cheat and do whatever you wanted which doesn't finish anything. Because the one guy can sit their and complain that the other one had to do this to beat him and so on.
I see what everyone is saying but for me this PPV was just a dumb PPV (along with Breaking Point, Hell in a Cell and the other gimmick ones on the way) and I just wanted something more out of the Cena/Orton match but hey what are you gonna do.

Dude it's like what Bret Hart said this week about Randy Orton "I'm a bigfan of his but he's being used in the wrong way"
Orton has been poorly booked for a long time now and Sunday's ending was just exactly that... it was a great match, not technically... but an excellently worked match, which was let down by WWE'd refusal to book Cena losing an important match! He's never lost a feud!
